hahahaha.... get into the gym and get physical ...
Had been working hard in the gym recently .... Wanted to lose weigth so deseperately .... keke...
Need to get rid of the tyres on my belly .... buhuhu... Dont really know y i gain my weight back after came back from M'sia ... damn ... I lose 2 kg while I'm in M'sia without doing any excersice....hmm... that's strange ... keke.... I gain the 2 kg back after came back ... and do excersice...
so, i had plan to working really really hard.
Mon, Tues - on the treadmill, bike and crosstrainer...
wed- deep water running
Thurs & Fri - rest
Saturday - star bar
Sunday - Yoga
wed- deep water running
Thurs & Fri - rest
Saturday - star bar
Sunday - Yoga
Mon and tues each 15 minutes ... rest between each 30sec to 1 minute...I can run on the treadmill most of the time now about 9 minutes out of 15 mins ... and each of them can get rid of more than 100 calories. The largest calories I can get rid of is 423 calories. and my trainer told me that my heart rate have to be above 130 every time on each excercise...
Deep water running (45minutes session)- Running in the water actually ... keke... it's so different from running on the ground... you can work both of ur arm and leg ... It's really tiring ... u cant swim ... u have to run ... the instructor, Micheal always catch me ... coz i cant help myself from swimming ... keke...
Star bar(an hour session)is the one that u have to carry weight...(barbell)... we have 1.25kg , 2.5 kg, and 5kg weight... the morst i can carry is 2 of the 5kg and 2 of the 1.25 kg ones ... that's the most ady ... the instructor , Lawrence can carry 2 of the 5kg, 2 of the 2.5 and 2 of the 1.25 ... the instructor is a she ... oh my gosh ... i was shocked when i first saw that ... shocking ...
Yoga- about stretching and balacing... sometimes we do some extreme posture... standing upside down with support of ur head and arms.... qiute a relaxing excercise .... help us to relax ...
5 days a week an hour each day ... I feel really really tired and exausted... I got really really sweaty. I wet my whole tee everytime... keke.... and I hair is wet ... shocking ... I looks like i felt into the swimming pool ... keke...
besides that, I also control my diet ... eat more healthy food ... x junk food ...but if I went outside for meal ... everything will be sure goes into my mouth ...
so i have to workhard after that....

I din lose any weight but I can see that my pants are getting a lil bit loose ... keke... That's a good sign isn't it ?
